  • Directed production of mobile game over 12 weeks.
  • Used modified sprints and a kanban board to organize progress.
  • Managed the art pipeline and creation of art assets.
  • Hosted daily scrums and organized the backlog to support fluctuating scope.
  • Onboarded new workers to a pre-existing project after release.
  • Created a layered scope plan to allow room for scope adjustments.
Agile Scrum

We used two-week-long sprints and daily standups to organize production, taking inspiration from Agile Scrum.

Miro

Miro was used during online development to visualize ideas, facilitate communication between engineers and artists, and to organize tasks when the in-person kanban board was inaccessible.
