Agile
Due to the changing nature of the team's time commitments, we employed Agile Scrum to organize development, ensuring flexibility in both our product and our processes. The team used Scrum at first, finding that two-week sprints worked best to organize development. However, in the second year of development, the team switched to Kanban, favoring the focus on consistent workflows to be more beneficial.
Jira
We used Atlassian's Jira to create, organize, and point our backlog, plan for each sprint, and to track our velocity.
Miro
Miro's whiteboard workspace was used to visualize tasks and workflows as the developers' time commitments shifted.
